What does a Sustainability graduate do?  

  • Use your knowledge of general concepts of sustainability engineering elements through investigation and analysis to support engineering projects
  • Perform basic calculations to analyze and design sustainability system components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software
  • Assist in preparing sustainability designs, drawings, specifications, presentations and reports, and gather information to support design decisions
  • Assist in basic interpretation and verify compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices
  • Work with other engineering disciplines and professionals in the coordination of the project under the direction of a senior engineer 
  • Assist the team in providing support services during construction that can include submittal reviews, responses to requests for information and contract document clarifications
  • Field work related to installation related activities as required

What do you need? 

You will ideally have a bachelor's degree qualification and have a deep interest in sustainability aspects of the built environment. You will be committed to improve the world we live in, seize the environmental challenges that we all face and come up with solutions that will benefit generations to come. As a graduate you will be driven to achieve, have demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in an environment where you are challenged and expected to learn, grow and drive the future of our client service, technical delivery, and project outcomes.
