The Opportunity

Reporting through to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building rapport with customers and following up on their interest in finance.
• Collect and review client information required to help bring loans to settlement.
• Produce reports from internal systems for Sales and Management to review.
• Always provide exceptional customer service.
• Matrix finance deals with the Sales Manager to give customers the best possible deal.
• Leverage market-leading technology to manage the customer's journey.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

• Working within a regulated environment where attention to detail is important.
• Awareness of how a loan is structured will be highly regarded.
• Experience working in either sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Relationship-building skills, able to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
