Then come in and join our Australia team as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to proactively advising and consulting Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, supporting diversity and inclusion and ongoing success of our recruitment process.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with key business stakeholders and HR to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
• You will develop and execute innovative sourcing, recruitment and attraction strategies to attract and retain key talent.
• You will undertake and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including leveraging contemporary sourcing approaches.
• You will support management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods, and tools.
• You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in relation to Talent related activities.
• You will utilize reporting and analytics to support and drive improvements of talent related processes.
• You will support wider APJ TA and HR Team where required.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You have strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of 7 years’ experience, ideally within Healthcare (in-house or agency).
• You are confident and capable to work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in an advisory and consultative capacity.
• You have excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• You have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• You are an advocate for diversity and inclusion ensuring that our recruitment process remains unbiased.
• Working Location: Melbourne or Sydney
