This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Delivering an effective recruitment and on-boarding program ensuring all new team members have a 'great welcome' and onboarding experience to Kelly+Partners.
- Driving a Learning and Development framework for people at all levels across the business
- Assisting and Coaching our Business Leaders in their role.
- Assisting with the analysis of HR data to provide analysis, trends and recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.
- Running projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role within a fast growing company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.
- A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.
- Creative thinker who brings a continuous improvement approach to recruitment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level attention to detail
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Qualifications in Business or Human Resources preferred
