About the role 

Full time permanent position based in Milton, Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Team Leader Brand, you will be responsible for: 

• Leading the development and implementation of user experiences across all touchpoints to support the organisation in raising awareness of dementia and improve access to information, education, resources and support. 
  
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through landing page wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, user journey maps and site maps. 
  
• Create intuitive and innovative digital experiences from discovery through to conception and digital design execution including animation, motion graphics, HTML5, and HTML web and email assets. 
  
• Develop, refine and manage Dementia Australia's user personas. 
  
• Identify opportunities for optimisation through conducting and analysing usability testing, competitor analysis, user journey mapping, performance data, heatmaps, and interaction data.

About you 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following: 

1. Three or more years of demonstrated experience in similar role. 
   
2. Proficiency in Digital Design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and project management tools such as Asana. 
   
3. Relevant qualification in multimedia design or creative industries at a tertiary level. 
   
4. Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos and enable the collaborative delivery of client/customer focused outcomes. 
   
5. Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively, encouraging, recognising and rewarding those behaviours in others; actively contributes to achieving team results. Supports team decisions. 
   
6. Thinks, analyses information to understand issues, uses logic and variety of problem-solving methods to develop workable solutions. 
   
7. Encourages and suggests new ideas to deliver goals more effectively; shows commitment to improving services, ways of working. 
   
8. Continually develops and applies specialist and technical skills and expertise to achieve work outcomes, sharing with others.
