About the role

This is a full time, permanent opportunity which can be based out of either Milton, QLD or Parkville, VIC. Reporting directly to the National Manager Operations, The Digital Support Officer will be responsible for:

  • Providing responsive and effective support to users of online learning programs and internal staff, addressing technical issues and inquiries promptly
  • Curating and updating the online learning landing page with current information and offerings and suggest areas for improvement to enhance the user interface and user experience
  • Managing the Dementia Learning Hub enrolments for all new Dementia Training Australia (DTA) programs
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Learning Management System (LMS) provider, ensuring technical support is available

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  1. Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  2. Experience in a similar position, administering or managing a Learner Management System is highly desired. 
  3. Demonstrates drive and motivation, self-reflects, and commits to learning and personal growth. Maintains self-awareness and composure and looks for opportunities to learn from the feedback of others.
  4. Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively, encouraging, recognising and rewarding those behaviours in others; actively contributes to achieving team results. 
  5. Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies and deliver effective services; specifically MS Office Suite particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, plus database operation and maintenance
  6. Achieves results through a commitment to quality, planning and efficient resourcing.
  7. Thinks and analyses information to understand issues, uses logic and variety of problem-solving methods to develop workable solutions.
  8. Embraces learning and development opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback; fosters a commitment to continuous improvement, learning, reflection, and enquiry.
  9. Communicates clearly and openly with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus; actively listens to others, and responds with understanding and respect.
