The In-Field Account Manager’s role is dedicated to optimising the growth of a portfolio of high value Independent restaurant partners on the Menulog platform through partner engagement in field.
 

All about the role:

In this role, we're counting on you to:

  • Conducting face to face account development visits with our current restaurant estate to maximise growth on the Menulog platform
  • Ownership of a portfolio of high performing independent accounts, working on proactive initiatives to improve core metrics (Improve uptime, reduce offline line, cancelled order rate) Work closely with Restaurant Partners and their teams to maximise growth on the Menulog platform.
  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with high profile partners and prospects.  
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to our restaurant partners, to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Upselling value added features to improve restaurant performance such as stampcards, FTC, promoted placement
  • Sell in exclusive deals to existing partners
  • Participate in periodic sales blitz including interstate and regional visits
  • Work closely with the BI team to identify metrics to help support and grow the restaurant partnership and revenue
  • Work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement key marketing initiatives for your accounts
  • Use internal platforms (Salesforce etc) to identify key opportunities for restaurant growth and identify opportunities to drive personal efficiencies
  • Create account plans for each of your portfolio to map out growth and service opportunities
  • Compile reportings to be used to present your Quarterly portfolio results and summary

Can you deliver…

Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:

  • A proven ability to put the partners’ requirements at the heart of what they do, striving to deliver value to conversations
  • 2 years + experience within sales/account management with a critical focus on account growth
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available where necessary for travel across ANZ 
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, high growth environment to support their accounts, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
  • Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
  • Ability to highlight potential risks
  • An outgoing, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to quickly build strong rapport with partners and able to influence and engage effectively at all levels of the business
  • Consultative, smart, articulate and hungry for success
