The Senior Design/Documentation Architect must: 

• have a minimum 3 years' post-registration experience.
• lead design and documentation across multiple project sectors.
• collaborate with various project teams and clients.
• produce accurate and high-quality design documents.
• have strong proficiency in Revit along with project and documentation planning.
• demonstrate established or emerging leadership qualities including effective communication skills.
• assist with guiding and mentoring junior staff.

The Revit Draftsperson/Technician must:

• have a minimum 5 years' experience as an architectural draftsperson/technician.
• have a proven track record in delivering building typologies and complexities across multiple project sectors.
• be competent in preparing design development and contract documentation under the direction of a project leader.
• demonstrate strong detail design and local construction knowledge.
• have high levels of Revit ability and competency.
• collaborate within a project team and with clients.
• be able to instruct and coordinate input from consultant teams.
