We are now looking for our next Performance Manager to join the awesome team in Sydney! This is an excellent opportunity to work with our largest national account, this is the role that will progress your Digital career. This role will have a main focus on Paid Search and we will be looking for proven experience in this area.

 

We are seeking someone who is currently a Digital Manager and looking to move to a larger account with a bigger team and remit, or a talented and ambitious Digital Executive ready to step up into a management role.

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manages, executes and measures key digital channels, including Social Media, Website, Search and Email
  • Builds sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular beat of quality storytelling and real time content
  • Shares data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimising for conversion
  • Organises, builds and engages with powerful custom audiences that aligns with target audience segments strategy, including high clout influencers
  • Uses social media monitoring platforms, is the eyes and ears for crisis communications management on social media
  • Maintains all website content, including working Case Studies, Thought Leadership and Blogs, enhancing our searchability using SEO best practice
  • Manages and executes targeted email marketing strategy, optimising engagement and growth
  • Manages agencies/partners in optimising our Search and Paid Strategy and performance

A bit about you:

  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of the technology and platforms that support the digital ecosystem
  • A thorough understanding of the digital media market place
  • Ability to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan
