We currently have an opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator based in our Eagle Farm, Brisbane facility. This role will report to the Team Lead and will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Department. The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide quotations to regular and new businesses
• Communicating with customers before, during and after sales process
• Ensuring customer relationships are maintained
• Liaising with PFS offices, agents, contractors, third parties and clients in Australia and overseas 
• Manage enquiries from customers
• Follow up on quotes utilising the quotes register
• Ensuring customer contact details are accurate and current along with the recording of all relevant information
• Liaise with various departments within the business

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Oil and Gas operations 
• Strong customer service abilities 
• Knowledge of general freight forwarding, break bulk, heavy lift, over dimensional and special project cargoes 
• Positive and professional attitude
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Analytical thinker with the ability to collate data for reporting purposes
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Current unrestricted drivers licence
