As a growing business that is very active in both Australia and New Zealand you will be part of a fun dynamic Property Team. Working with leasing managers, administrators and a project manager, as well as brand VM and general manager roles broadly across RAG. Externally you will liaise with contractors, suppliers, shopping centre design managers to help deliver our store roll out 

Hybrid workplace. Travel occasionally required. Reporting to Head of Store Development   

 

Responsibilities:                                  

Produce preliminary feasibility floorplans and shopfronts, 2D (& 3D where required)

Produce full tender & construction drawing sets (finishes details, fixturing breakdown, site set out, construction details, electrical, signage, etc)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive drawings approval 

Drive external drawings approval (RDM, centre requirements, etc)

Order & coordinate signage, lighting & other supplied fit out items where required 

Tender administration support (issuing & compiling submissions) 

Maintain up to date store development files (site plans, feasibilities, correspondence, photos, fixturing, finishes, etc) 

Understand post-opening store design feedback 

Continuously collaborate with brands to understand logic and maintain agreed store design principles document 

Regular reporting on the status of project drawings & related approvals

 

Skills & Abilities:                                 

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role 

Autocad 2D (fast & efficient)  

SketchUp (or similar rendering software)

Excel proficient 

Highly organized 

Proactive

Collaborative   

Confident communicator        

 Ability to work independently where required 

 Highly accountable 

Ability to prioritize requests & manage workload
