Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you will focus on managed infrastructure services and the products used to deliver those services such as network and server infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, Office 365, NinjaRMM, Datto Cloud & BCDR, Sophos Antivirus Server & Endpoint, Sophos Antispam and Sophos Endpoint Encryption. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team, working with clients and the managed infrastructure services team to provide support and design solutions to deliver cost effective ICT services that support and drive their business. 

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to win new business and increase sales to existing customers. By providing top-quality service before and after a sale, you will help ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.

The most important aspect of your role will be to help clients realise value from the services delivered by F1 Solutions. You will learn clients environments, build relationships, give advice, design solutions, oversee projects, provide training and visit clients onsite. Tapping into the F1 Solutions organisation to engage other technical staff to assist when you are unsure how to fix a problem will deliver the level of support expected by our clients.

 

Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact, and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Account Maintenance: Ensure that client accounts are accurately maintained, including up-to-date contact information and records.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or new product offerings to clients.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in resolving client issues and inquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on new features, products, and services, as well as relevant industry updates.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports to the client and management on account activities, revenue, and growth opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in account management (a plus but not required).
  • Solid technical understanding with experience in digital technologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure solutions.
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • A strong ability to cultivate and manage client relationships.
