Join us as a People and Performance Advisor, building strong working relationships based on credibility, trust and open communication whilst providing professional human resources advice to business units. You’ll work closely with leaders, supporting them in driving high employee engagement and performance, developing talent and succession planning, and continuously improving team culture in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives and values.

• You’re energised by a true generalist role, where no two days are the same!
• You’re adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
• You can articulate benefits of potential changes to business processes confidently and accurately.
• You’re experienced in supporting leaders in employee relations, managing workplace grievances and investigations within an Enterprise Agreement framework.
• You’re experienced in interpreting and advising leaders on HR policies, procedures and practices.
• You’re looking for an opportunity to work with a great team of HR professionals that will support your development.
• You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar)  
• You’re resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment to achieve outstanding results.
