As a Social Media Content Creator at Nelson Meers Group, your role is pivotal in shaping our online presence for our Group brand and our 16 venues located across Sydney. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content and managing our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Your creativity will shine as you bring our brand to life through captivating visuals and compelling storytelling that delivers a ROI for our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate visually stunning content for our social media platforms.
• Develop and execute innovative photoshoot and video concepts that align with our brand's unique aesthetic and values.
• Create compelling content creation, from photography and video production to post-production editing. 
• Work closely with venue staff to create content on a daily basis, including empowering venue staff to capture the content you require. 
• Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with our brand messaging and strategy.
• Showcase our products through imaginative and engaging content that highlights their value.
• Identify and develop captivating stories within venues such as from patrons and staff, highlighting life achievements, community involvement, personal journeys, and more. Showcase these stories through various content formats to engage and inspire the Groups audience.
• Connect authentically with our NMG community to foster meaningful engagement from our audiences.
• Responsible for regularly reviewing and improving content based on data, customer insights, and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance data and generate reports.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creative prowess. A minimum of 2 years’ experience 
• Video skills, including shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in photography and photo editing.
• Experience in executing photoshoots, from concept development to production.
• A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
• Keen attention to detail and confidence in creating a strong aesthetic, experience showcasing food preferred.
• Experience working within Social Media Management software.
