What you'll be doing

As our full-time Events & Weddings Sales Executive you will work Tuesday to Saturday.

You will be passionate about weddings and social events with the ability to create exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests. You are a talented rapport builder from our guests to colleagues across all areas of the hotel, people are charmed by your warmth and energy.

• Attend to and respond to all wedding and social enquiries including site inspections
• Prepare proposals and detailed event orders
• Liaise across all areas of the hotel to ensure the smooth operation of events
• Ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by ensuring their needs are met leading up to the event, during the event and post the event
• Onsite management of the event
• After function follow up 

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is essential
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of computer systems. Previous use of Delphi would be advantageous
