Experience Supervisor - Koala Conservation Reserve

We are excited to offer:

  • Full time permanent position
  • $72k to $83k Salary Range depending on experience (inclusive of hourly allowance for 7-day roster (Mon to Sun) & public holidays) plus 11% super
  • Set rostered days of work to support work life balance
  • Stunning coastal work location on Phillip Island

 

The Role

As the Experience Supervisor you will plan and manage the daily operations of the Koala Conservation Reserve attraction including team leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with centralised departments to ensure the attraction is a must-see destination through the delivery of streamlined operations, with a focus on enhancing the visitor experience whilst generating positive visitation growth and revenue.

 

If you possess enthusiasm, and the skills and experience to:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-quality visitor experienced focused team preferably within the tourism industry.
  • Lead and support staff process including attraction and retention of employees, performance development reviews, mentoring and ongoing guidance
  • Effectively develop and implement tourism operations including related policies and procedures
  • Multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
  • Effectively communicate and competently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualification in business and/or tourism management and/or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Working with Children Check
  • Drivers’ Licence
  • First Aid Level II and CPR
