About The Position

Reporting to the Manager Brand and Marketing, you will support the marketing team in the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing management of marketing campaigns, as well as the ‘always on’ paid marketing activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, develop, execute and report on marketing campaigns and ‘always on’ activities in line with overall marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all campaigns and paid marketing activities are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Management of budgets for campaigns and ‘always on’ paid marketing activities.
  • Optimise all campaigns and marketing activities for best performance and to align with market conditions.
  • Develop good working relationships with internal stakeholders, teams and external agencies with ongoing 360 communication.
  • Work closely with Officer, Campaigns to ensure campaign and paid marketing activities are developed and executed to assist in delivering the relevant business objectives.
  • Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • Team player with significant experience in marketing and campaign management;
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated high level marketing skills, including experience in briefing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with external media and creative agencies;
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and co-ordinate workloads to meet deadlines under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships both internal and external to the organisation;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, optimising and reporting on campaign and project budgets;
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary brand and campaign management principles and practices;
