ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Change Manager (AML Remediation), you will support the Change Manager to ensure appropriate change management principles are applied to facilitate smooth business transition to new solutions.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Support Change Manager in implementation of change management strategy & plans

·        Contribute to and implement communications plan including decisions regarding appropriate communication channels, schedules and delivery methods

·        Execute change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities

·        Identify and contribute to documentation of business impacts through Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Change Impact Assessments (CIAs)

·        Develop training collateral including identifying training needs and ensuring quality outcomes are achieved

·        Deliver training activities to facilitate process, technology and cultural change

·        Support the sustainable change management practices

·        Gathering feedback and presenting insights

·        Contribute to ongoing regular reporting for stand ups and governance forums

·        Identifying and communicate opportunities for continual improvement

·        Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld


ABOUT YOU

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related discipline

·        Prosci Certification (desirable)

·        3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role

·        AML/compliance project experience

·        Excellent interpersonal communication

·        Ability to work collaboratively

·        Advanced technical writing ability

·        Excellent time management

·        Strong attention to detail
