Duties & Responsibilities
We have a number of Harvest Assistant roles available to assist in our harvest operations on our berry farm.
The key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Coordinating harvest activities
- Assisting with plant health management and block hygiene
- Harvest related data collection and analysis
- Quality control and training
- Coordinating the collection of packed product
- Communicating progress with Farm Management
About you
We are seeking candidates with experience in fruit picking or harvest operations. If you don’t have experience, we are open to training candidates who have a hard working, can do attitude.
You should also have:
- Previous experience working on a farm in a similar role (desirable)
- Drivers licence and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility in work pattern and ability to work weekends where required
