We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our Brisbane team as an Account Director.  

You will ideally have minimum 6 years' experience within the industry, including strong use of industry software (SMD, Fusion, Roy Morgan).  

Your role would be within a team servicing some of Australia's most recognised retail brands.  In particular, under the guidance of the Head of Strategy and Media Director, your contribution would focus on managing your team and client base seamlessly, from client service, strategic involvement, media planning & buying, and investment allocation, ensuring all work is of a superior standard.  Your experience ideally includes strong knowledge across all media formats, both traditional and digital.  

• Oversee and assist in developing the media plan and recommendation to clients, showing strategic insight and innovative channel discovery to deliver and address a client need. 
• Develop and maintain strong senior relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and lead product output to ensure delivery is consistently of a high standard. 
• Participate and contribute in senior client or supplier meetings, delivering thoughtful insights and updates on latest emerging trends.  

About You

• Minimum 6 years' experience in the media industry.  
• Excellent client account service, relationship building, & communication skills.
• Key relationships with senior media to ensure client and agency buying positions are maximized
• Ensures consistently high quality & presentation of work.
• Confident presenter who can lead and direct client discussions.
• True and fair leader who manages team execution, output and proactively helps to grow their skillset.  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with high volume of data
• Agile thinker and ability to work independently and in a team environment
