Events Coordinator

CHRG proudly provides a variety of event spaces for our community to come together. From celebrations and commemorations to corporate events and showcases, our Event team is responsible for providing a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry to post-event feedback.

We have experienced exponential growth in this space since the opening of our $50 million venue, Club Parramatta 3 years ago, so there is now an opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join our busy Events team. There is an option for part-time or full-time work dependent on the applicant.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end client management
  • Organisation and communication of event planning and logistics
  • Liaising with the operations team to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide hands on support to the operational team as required

Primarily working from our Club Parramatta venue, the successful candidate may be required to coordinate events across a number of our venues, including some travel to those venues as required.

Ideally, you will possess the following skills & attributes:

  • Experience working within events.
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, pleasant nature
  • Experience with Event Management Software.
