The Role

Elevate your career as our Technology Services Training Coordinator, emphasizing the identification, training, and enhancement of burgeoning and established talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Designate optimal staffing levels to maintain a consistent availability of trained personnel for pivotal roles across the department.
  • Partner with the AVM recruitment team and departmental leadership for structured recruitment and talent acquisition sessions, ensuring a robust talent reservoir.
  • Diagnose departmental deficiencies in knowledge and expertise, devising strategies to bridge these voids.
  • Construct comprehensive training agendas, incorporating a balanced mix of theoretical instruction and real-time practical application.
  • Continuously assess training efficacy through regular observation and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Audit existing work methodologies, advocating enhancements for pivotal performance metrics, especially in the realm of hybrid and virtual events.
  • Coordinate with the WHS & Training Coordinator to perpetually update training protocols for all technology-centric roles.

About You

  • Commanding leadership acumen
  • Superior interpersonal prowess with a knack for steering challenging scenarios towards positive resolutions.
  • Unwavering dedication with a keen focus on performance metrics and result-oriented accountability.
  • Either tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of pertinent industry exposure.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or comparable experience in strategic training project coordination.
  • Proven track record in staff development and training.
  • Innovative approach with a flair for initiating and adapting to change.
  • Clear understanding of excellence in Customer Service.
  • An optimistic and proactive orientation.
