What you’ll do:

• Co-ordinate and provide in-house graphic design and videography services to drive uplift in brand, content and collateral design across multiple channels (internal and external), ensuring alignment and consistency
• Work in partnership and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, such as photographers
• Develop and maintain a WaterNSW image and asset library to streamline and automate sharing of assets
• Support the development of content across a variety of topics and channels bringing visual content and production expertise, working closely across Corporate Affairs. Content and collateral will extend from online graphics to corporate reports, brand templates, social media imagery, brochures, banners, video, etc
• Advise business units on, and produce, multi-media content across channels
• Bring best practice multi-media communications knowledge to your work to drive uplift in brand and reputation

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in multi-media production, Marketing, Communications or a related field or experience deemed equivalent
• Graphic design, Videography, Multi-media production
• Knowledge of a range of tools such as Office 365 tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or photoshop
• Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to liaise, advise and consult with business partners and external suppliers
• Ability to execute a brief and to think strategically
• Proven multi-media experience – design and creation
• Writer, with experience in key message development or alignment
• Experience with reporting and evaluation approaches utilising analytics, impact, reach and measurement to inform future strategies
